why cant i find a job?We Answered:
Hello,First of all you have to make your CV according to the requirements of the job you are applying for. Do not use exactly the same CV for all applications.Read carefully the requirements and write the skills in your CV which are corresponding to these requirements. Of course write the skills you really have.
Basically the employer is looking for three things:
1. Someone who meets the requirements
2. Someone who has motivation to work on the specified position
3. And of course someone who does not want too much money
So what can you do for these three points?
1. Find a free position which would be interesting for you. Write a good-looking CV: clean and simple; with a picture of you; include your education, previous experience, interests, knowledge in related sphere, any certificates. When writing about previous experience you should mention your responsibilities on your previous positions and the tasks you have been assigned.
2. To show the employer your motivation you should write motivation letter (cover letter). In this letter you have to talk about your motivation. Simply, why you want to work in this company and why you choose this position. Also you can talk about how you can be useful for this company. Talk about your person, if you are fast-learner, stress-resistant, communicative or have any other individual qualities which are suitable for this job, then talk about them.
3. When the interview comes, the question about salary will not be missed, so you have to think about it in advance. How much you need to be satisfied, how much will be enough for your knowledge and experience. Ask friends working on similar position if they can tell you what is the average salary in the branch.
Good luck finding your job. Wish you success!
